Deposits & Payments
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of service.
• You must leave your card on-file at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change, so please make sure you are clear on pricing when booking your appointment.
• You must present an ID if paying with a card at the completion of service.
• Once you leave the premises upon completion of services, all payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
• You may reschedule an appointment using your existing deposit if the appointment is cancelled no later than 2 days prior to the appointment.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and must submit a new deposit at the time of rescheduling.
• No call, no show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your on-file card will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service(s).
• You will receive a 15 minute grace period in case of late arrival.

Preparing for Your Appointment
• Your do not have to come shampooed. This will be provided during your service.
(Extension removal is an extra fee and can be booked as a service).
• No children are allowed in the salon space. Service age starts at 16.
• No guests and no pets are allowed to accompany a client.
• If you would like to use your phone during the experience, air pods or earphones are required.
• Please do not bring food or drink. Light refreshments are available during your experience.
